Jason Leesui

Jason Leesui is executive director of wealth at SIA Wealth Management, bringing nearly 20 years of experience working with investment advisors across Canada. During his career, he has partnered with more than 500 advisors across major channels, including MFDA, IIROC, and portfolio managers. His background includes senior roles at both an investment dealer and a mutual fund company, giving him broad insight into advisor operations, portfolio construction, and client relationship management. At SIA Wealth Management, Leesui focuses on strengthening advisor and institutional relationships, ensuring the firm’s solutions align with real-world business needs while supporting evolving industry demands and long-term client outcomes.

Paul Kornfeld, CFA

Paul Kornfeld is director of technology services at SIA Wealth Management, where he oversees product development, client experience, and operational execution across the firm’s technology platform. A graduate of Stanford University in management science and engineering, he began his career developing revenue-focused initiatives within the Stanford Athletic Department. Since joining SIA, Kornfeld has contributed to product development, onboarding, marketing strategy, and support infrastructure, helping shape the firm’s growth and technology offering. Today, he leads the integration of sales, operations, and development, focusing on building scalable systems that transform complex investment intelligence into practical tools for advisors and institutional partners. 

Mike Shildt

Mike Shildt is a longtime Major League Baseball coach and executive known for his leadership, player development, and disciplined approach to team culture. He previously managed the St. Louis Cardinals and the San Diego Padres, earning National League Manager of the Year honours in 2019 after leading St. Louis to a division title. Widely respected throughout baseball, Shildt is recognized for blending traditional baseball fundamentals with modern analytics and communication-driven leadership. He currently serves in a player development and instructional role with the Baltimore Orioles organization.

Kevin Prins

Managing Director, Head of Advisor Sales and Digital Distribution

With more than 25 years of industry experience in banking, securities, mutual funds and financial education, Kevin provides a rare combination of both industry knowledge and educational expertise on Exchange Traded Funds. During his career he has authored several investment industry courses for the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), including ETF focused courses and Managed Accounts chapter of the CSC. Kevin frequently interacts with portfolio managers and investors about the benefits of ETFs and how they can be used to add value to any investment portfolio. This interaction builds on his institutional background in Managed Account platforms. He is a regular contributor to investment industry publications, has also been a guest speaker and panelist at industry events, and has appeared several times on BNN. Kevin has an MBA from Dalhousie University and holds a number of industry designations including FCSI, CIM and CFP.

Jimmy Xu, CFA

Jimmy joined BMO Global Asset Management as Head of Liquid Alts in September 2023 with responsibility for building and managing liquid alternatives investment solutions. Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager at another large Canadian bank-owned asset management firm, where he managed global multi-asset portfolios and cross-asset derivative strategies. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo. He is a CFA charterholder and a Commodity Trading Manager.

Tatiana Collins is CEO of Ingenie, an investment intelligence solutions business for private markets, with twenty years of growth strategy and operations at the leading wealth, asset management and sovereign wealth funds, including HSBC, Citi, DBS and Monex Asset Management in Europe and Asia Pacific. She collaborated with Imperial College London on research in the applications of AI in digital advisory, and with University College London on AI model efficiency in financial infrastructure. Her current focus is on how emerging technologies are reshaping portfolio management and investment decision-making as firms navigate agentic AI adoption.

Jennifer McCarthy

Originally from Canada and now based in the Cayman Islands for more than 20 years, Jennifer McCarthy is the Head of Operations & Client Services at TechCayman, where she has been part of the organisation since inception, supporting the relocation and growth of global technology and IP companies establishing in the jurisdiction. Jennifer’s background spans operations, high touch client services, economic development, and stakeholder engagement, including previous leadership roles with Cayman HospiceCare and Health City Cayman Islands. At TechCayman, she works closely with tech and IP founders, investors, family offices, and ultra-high net worth individuals navigating relocation, immigration, and operational expansion, while helping foster meaningful connections within Cayman’s growing innovation ecosystem. Jennifer is also a founding supporter of Code(Cayman), reflecting her ongoing commitment to technology education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable industry growth within the Cayman Islands.

David H. Schow

David leads the Family Office and Private Client Group of FrancisGrey, David’s practice spans the structuring, establishment, management and continued oversight of Cayman Islands family offices established by the firm and their related complex multi-jurisdictional needs. In addition to running the firm’s  Multi-Family Office business , David  regularly advises and identifies relevant legal issues involving all aspects of the Family Office and multi-jurisdictional private client experience, including but not limited to trusts, foundations, corporations, corporate governance, international taxation, private placement life insurance, regulatory (traditional finance and digital asset), and business succession. As David’s family office and other clients often have matters which require supervision by Cayman Islands regulatory agencies, David regularly advises, resolves disputes, and presents registration and licence applications on behalf of his clients to the Cayman Islands regulators. David studied law at Dalhousie University in Canada (JD) and did post graduate studies in US Tax at Boston University (LLM (Tax)).

Esther is a seasoned sales professional and has been with BMO for over seven years. She has worked at various fund and insurance companies during her career, selling mutual funds, segregated funds, closed-end issues, PPNs, flowthroughs and ETFs. She is passionate about the investment industry and maintaining solid relationships with her clients. Esther has completed many investment industry courses and certifications, including CFA Level II. In her spare time, she’s either traveling, climbing mountains (Mount Kilimanjaro), ocean diving (Great Barrier Reef) or staying fit by racing in triathlons. She loves a challenge.
